Here's What This Is About
Back in late November, I tested a process for creating a streamlined business for builders and building contractors that ensures they have a constant flow of profitable work with good cash flow and a strong team to do the work without them (the owner) having to be there all the time. This process has worked better than anything I've ever tried.

I've since been tweaking this system and it has been working extremely well. So well, that as business coach I will never go back to the "Old Way" of doing things.

  3. People who value helping others and contributing to their marketplace just as much (or more) as they value making money.
  4. People who know their business can grow, and who are willing to work to make that happen.

This group is NOT for:

  1. Builders and Contractors who would prefer to stay on the tools.
  2. People who want to consistently find ways to play small.
  3. People who have no desire to change or improve their business.

And now for more brutal honesty: You actually have to work. Pretty hard.
The discovery I've made has nothing to do with you sitting on the couch drinking beers while money falls from the ceiling. (That would be awesome though.)

So if you're hoping for that type of "miracle", then you might want to pass on this.
